The DrugTect 20-panel urine drug test cup combines specimen collection and multi-panel screening in one device. It screens for 20 drug classes and includes six built-in specimen adulteration checks: oxidants, specific gravity, pH, nitrite, glutaraldehyde, and creatinine. The graphic lists results in 5 minutes.

The configuration includes amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cocaine, ecstasy, ethyl glucuronide (alcohol), fentanyl, gabapentin, heroin metabolite, ketamine, kratom, marijuana, methadone, methamphetamines, morphine, oxycodone, phencyclidine, synthetic marijuana, and tramadol. Each panel has its own cutoff level, shown above.
