The Identify Health 8-panel urine drug test cup combines urine collection and multi-panel screening in one device. It screens for amphetamines, cocaine, fentanyl, norfentanyl, opiates, oxycodone, phencyclidine (PCP), and cannabinoids, including marijuana. Each panel provides its own preliminary result from a human urine specimen.

The two FEN panels have separate cutoffs: 1 ng/mL for fentanyl and 5 ng/mL for norfentanyl. Norfentanyl is a metabolite produced when the body processes fentanyl. It may remain detectable in urine after fentanyl itself falls below its cutoff, providing an additional way to screen.

Collect urine directly in the cup, replace the lid, and follow the included directions. Read the results at 5 minutes. Interpret each panel individually using its control and test lines; even a faint test line is read as negative. Do not read results after 30 minutes.

This test provides preliminary screening results. A preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a more specific laboratory method, such as GC/MS or LC/MS. Results do not determine drug concentration, route of administration, or level of intoxication.

Each cup is individually pouched. Keep it sealed until use, store at 2–30°C, and do not freeze. Use the cup within one hour after opening its pouch, and do not use it after the printed expiration date.
