The DrugTect 18-panel flat-face urine drug test cup combines specimen collection and multi-panel screening in one device. It screens for 18 drug classes, including fentanyl, tramadol, and 6-MAM (heroin metabolite), with preliminary results available in 5 minutes.

The configuration also tests for amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, methadone, methadone metabolite, methamphetamines, morphine, oxycodone, phencyclidine, propoxyphene, and tricyclic antidepressants. The cutoff level for each panel is listed above.

The product information identifies the fentanyl, tramadol, and 6-MAM panels as CLIA waived and the test as 510(k) cleared. Available in bulk pack configurations for 25 tests and higher. Follow the product insert for use and result interpretation; results are preliminary screening results.
