Identify Diagnostics 14-panel urine drug test kit. This double-sided multi-panel dip card contains 14 integrated drug test strips, seven on each side, and screens for the listed substances. All drugs tested in this device have a defined cut-off level. The (THC) urine test panel uses a 50 ng/mL cut-off. The test is for human urine only. Collect a specimen in a clean, dry urine collection container before testing.

Allow the card to reach room temperature before use. Remove the cap and immerse the card vertically in the urine sample for 15 seconds, up to the black wavy lines; do not dip above them. Replace the cap and lay the card flat on a non-absorbent surface. Use a timer for the dip and reading intervals. Read each panel at 5 minutes; do not interpret results after 10 minutes. Two colored lines indicate a negative result; a control line without a test line indicates a preliminary positive; no control line means invalid. Read each panel individually and do not compare line darkness across panels. Results are preliminary urine drug screen results. Follow the included instructions for use.

Each dip card is single-use and individually sealed in an airtight pouch to help maintain freshness until use. Keep the pouch sealed until testing. Store in the sealed pouch away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat; do not freeze. Check the printed expiration date. 11 months or more of shelf life is available upon receipt.
